Dahlia Tuber Sale Terms of Service

  • All sales are final.
  • All dahlia tubers are sold as individual tubers and are guarenteed to have at least one viable eye, and free from visable disease.
  • Shipping is available in Canada Only. We do not ship to the USA. 
  • All shipping is a flat rate based on your shipping location.
  • We do allow order combining. If you would like to combine multiple orders you must pay for shipping on your first order, then select "Combine Shipping" on subsquent orders. You must also note your original order number in your additional orders.
  • We cannot remove any items from your order after the order is placed
  • Payment by etransfer is accepted but must be recieved within 12 hours of order checkout or order will be cancelled without notice. E-transfers are accepted to sunshinebloomsfarm@gmail.com and will show "Shandro Acres" as the payee.
  • We accept credit credit card payments supported by Shopify.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
  • If we are unable to fulfill any items from your order, we will contact you via email to offer a subsitution or refund.
  • Shipping will start once weather permits. We are situated in zone 3 so we often have cold weather into late april. We will make all attempts to ship out as soon as possible once the risk of freezing is reduced. 
  • Local pick up is availble at the farm for Free.  You will recieve an email when your order is ready to pick up along with directions to our farm. We are located NorthEast of Andrew, AB. 
  • Local Meet up will be available in Sherwood Park for Free; Date TBA - (One weekend day and one weekday afternoon in late April)
  • Pick Up orders Can Not be changed to shipping order once order is placed.
  • Failure to pick up your "Pick up order" by May 19, 2025 will result in your order being cancelled without refund. 
  • Open and inspect your tubers as soon as they arrive. If you have any questions or concerns about the tubers you have recieved you must email us within 7 days of recieving them. Email us at sunshinebloomsfarm@gmail.com
